I have a persistent clicking from somewhere on the left hand side

as I look at the screen. Is this the power supply. If so is it a plug in device and where could I buy one?

The power supply is on the left side. Is the ticking an even beat? If it is then the one of the caps is likely failing. Here's the IFIXIT guide: iMac Intel 21.5" EMC 2428 Power Supply Replacement.
