It doesn't respond. Can I get a refund?
Can I get a phone number to call and talk to a person? Has a hard time responding. Every since I bought it back in October.

rlrobin5 you most likely did not purchase it from iFixit. You do want to call somebody from the place you purchased it from. Of course, you can also contact Nextbook on here 1-888-415-5177
