What would make it stop working all together and not take charge?
My ipod touch 4 32GB will not turn on or even take a charge now? It will not do anything, is there a way to reset it or what?

Tina, here are the instructions on how to reset your iPod. Make sure that you USB cable is working and also that you charge your Ipod ( I prefer a wall charger)Could be that your battery is discharged and not holding a charge anymore. May be time to replace it. Good Luck

Tina is it a 2nd or 4th gen iPod Touch ? Your question says 4th gen but the device on the right of this screen shows a 2nd gen iPod.
