Why is my phone charging very slow?

My charger is working fine with other devices but my phone charges very slow...battery backup is good.

Actually my phone is taking very less Ma tha other i am having 2 mi note 3.one of then is having this issue. One is getting 1500+ Ma current and other is getting 80-400Ma max current while charging.
