Parts needed to replace optical drive with 2nd Hard Drive

Hi,

I want to replace my optical drive with a second drive. I am about to purchase these items:

- 9.5 mm SATA Optical Bay SATA Hard...

- 750 GB 7200 RPM Seagate SATA Hard...

I have the latest os installed 10.6.6. My question to iFixit is:

1) Does the above combination work?

2) Do I need anything else?
