Why does my ipad start doing it own thing

so i edit and draw with adobe apps on my ipad when i drawing or editing it just starts scribbling everywhere and it started doing that after i got my screen replaced because it’s was smashed

It sounds like you have either a poor quality digitizer or it was improperly installed. Doing a mini screen replacement is tricky and it can be subject to ghost touching if installed incorrectly. If this was done by a repair shop, I would contact them to see about a repair under their warranty. If you did it yourself, you have to tape down the bronze/silver traces that surround the inside edge of the digitizer before re-assembly.
