Doesn't turn on & MagSafe not Green or Amber.

My MacBook Pro 13" A1502 Early 2015, plate 820 4924A does not turn on and when you connect the charger, it does not turn on the Green and Orange MagSafe lights either. I have noticed that the resistor 470 in the photo is damaged (overheated).

I have replaced the resistance 470 of the photo because it got very hot, it burned the finger, but it remains the same. Any idea what happens?
