Why does HDMI1 and HDMI2 not working and how can I fix it

I got this PlayStation from a friend and the HDMI do not work the plugins but the component works but I have a PlayStation 4 and don't have a component for it help me out here what the &&^& do I got to do I got my whole thing torn apart and I don't know what to do talk to me
