Replaced power button sensor

I replaced m power button sensor and it clicks now but now my iPhone won't turn on. I tried to do a hard reset still not turning on

Yes i've tried with the power cable.

Try turning the iPhone on while the power button flex isn't connected to the motherboard. If it turns on, here's your problem.

I fixed it. The problem was a little black rubber thingy that goes to the logic board was not where it should of been so put it in it's proper place put it together and booted right up.

That's weird, the rubber thing even if it's there or not it should not cause an issue.

Yeah, I know I took it apart 3 times and ignored the black rubber but when I put it in the right place it booted right up.

Did you try turning it on with a power cable?

Other then that, try reconnecting the flex cable to the motherboard.
