More information, please. Did this happen after an update? Is it stuck at message "Getting Windows ready"? Is this a new installation of Windows?

by

Yes, I have lots of files.

What happened was. I was at Starbucks. I plugged my computer to an outlet to charge my computer battery, then while the computer was working, I had a message that said “ Don’t turn off computer” But, I accidentally turned my computer off, then after that, I wasn’t able to access my desktop. It just keeps freezing and stuck to “Getting Windows Ready” mode. I really think, my computer’s got bugged at the Starbucks, since the Wifi there is not Secure when we connect Online. I already did the Diagnosed, and it said, there’s nothing wrong with the Hard Drive. But, it’s still stuck and freezing to “Getting Windows Ready” mode, and I can’t access my Desktop. Help please. Thanks.

After reading the comments, I noticed you said you turned the computer off while it was updating. You could very well have corrupted the OS by doing so. Have you tried leaving the PC on for a long period of time to see what it does?
