Got screen replacement and my phone now looks like it has ghost touch

I left my phone in to get fixed after smashing my screen as soon as I got it on the screen is scrolling and doing its own thing by opening apps and ringing people it works when i touch it just doesn't stay in what I want it too does anyone know what would be wrong

Yes, you have 1 of 2 issues.

1. The connections need to be reseated and checked by whoever fixed it.

2. The replacement part is faulty it needs to be replaced.
