Can’t get windows 10 to reinstall

I tried to reset my laptop back to factory settings but now it won’t reinstall Windows 10

Options

You can download the ISO from Microsoft, then install on USB drive. Enable USB boot and boot the USB drive, you can select Repair instead of Install if you need to save data.
