Replaced iPhone 6 battery and phone won't charge. Please help!

I replaced my Iphone 6s Plus battery and it worked great!

I tried replacing my Iphone 6 battery and upon booting up the phone I noticed it was only at 1%.

I charged the phone for 30 mins and noticed it was only at 2%.

I removed the charger and the phone died. When I plugged the charger back in, the white screen with logo keeps flashing and refreshing.

I attempted to open the phone again and check the battery connections but it's still just flashing.

Waiting for support to email me back but haven't heard anything yet.

What do you think is wrong?

Answer this question I have this problem too

likely either a problem with the battery they sent you, or a charge port failure.

however, you can also be looking at board level failures, for multiple reasons, or even, on the very off chance, a software problem.

open the device and scan for any physical damage to the board.

if none is found, check to see if the battery can be replaced under warranty

if further problems persist, a charge port may need to be replaced, thats next.

if its still not working, reload the software.

anything further than this, and its likely a Logic Board Failure.

Thanks Scott.

Hopefully its just the battery (just got it less than a week ago). Waiting on Ifixit support to contact me back.

Sent an email and left a VM.
