2000 Honda Accord, Water in Cupholders?

I have a 2000 Honda Accord. Somehow when it rains the cup holders end up being full of water with no other signs of leaks from anywhere, the head liner is dry, the seats are dry, etc... Any one have an idea of where the water may be coming from?
