Replaced whole S7 Edge Display

Hello guys,

I let my screen replaced (display + touch glass with frame) at a repairshop and there was already problems with the touch. At some positions touch could not be recognised (left upper side, the center of touch does not recognise any fingers). The repair-shop told me that they will change the display again but made it sure that it can be also that a touch-sensor is not working correctly. After the display-replacement, he said it still the same, so the display is okay. He also changed the touch-sensor, which did not help, He thinks that the flex-cable has gotten damage. Obviously it has some cracks ( I do not know which flex-cable he means) He ordered it and it should come in the next weeks. My question would be: Is it true? Shouldnt be the touch-sensor already included with the displayreplacement as touch-digitizer comes new with the display together, that already contains the new touch-sensor? What flex-cable does he mean?
