Replacing aluminum back iPad Mini 2 Wifi

I’m replacing the aluminum back on my iPad mini 2 Wifi. There is 7 tabs fixed to the side of the aluminum back. These are along the side opposite of the logic board. Looks to be for the lcd screen to rest against. My new back does not have these. Any suggestions on how to remove them? Or a part number so I can order new ones? Thanks in advance.

I believe what you are referring to are the magnets for the smart cover from Apple. IIRC, they are held in place by some metal brackets. I'm surprised to hear that your housing doesn't have the mounting holes for this. Can you take a picture and add it to your question?
