Red lines with booting

Dear people,

When i was charging my iPad Air 1 this screen came up.

It totaly freezed up and with the powerbutton and homebutton pressed in it finally turned off.

I've been trying to charge the ipad for 1 day on the charger, didnt work.

Then i removed the screen and disconnect the battery, didnt work.

Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

Thanks!

I haven't seen this screen pattern before so I can't offer up a "solution". Did anything happen to the iPad in the days or week prior to this issue? Perhaps it was dropped, damaged, contacted water or was repaired.

At any rate, this device has to be opened up and tested. Perhaps it's the LCD but I suspect a logic board issue. A repair shop that does micro-soldering repairs should be able to troubleshoot this.

Do you know which IC or is it the charging electronics?

Like I said, it could be multiple things and I haven't seen this pattern before. It could be a damaged LCD, LCD drive circuit or a flex/connector issue.
