P2 Driver is either too small or defective.

I bought your iPhone 6+ Battery replacement kit. The p2 driver appears to be either too small or defective. When I put it in the screw there is no resistance when turning, like it is too small. I magnified the screws and they do not appear to be stripped or anything so I thing the driver is defective....

Are the screws just spinning when you try to turn them?

If yes, the most probable cause is that the posts which are attached to the screen have broken off and are just spinning.

With that you can actually just lift up the screen from the bottom if this is exactly what is happening.

I have the same problem and the screws are not spinning so I know the bit is to small. I opened it with some Chinese tools that do fit. I emailed the support and hoping to get some spare P2 bits that do the job.
