Phone can't "get"visual voice-mail.

Need more information. Who is your carrier? Is this a new phone with your carrier? Has this phone ever been able to get visual voicemail on this carrier? What happens when you go through the motions of getting visual voicemail?

Thank you Steve, my carrier is ATT. About a year old. Never had it! All our other iPhones are fine. Puzzling. Thank you

Options

Settings --> Reset --> Reset all Settings

Settings --> General --> About

Settings --> General --> Software update

Make sure you update carrier settings if you see the message.

Then dial your voicemail manually (usually its press and hold 1).

Then go into your voicemail options and reset your voicemail password.
