Does not drain or spin and leaks on spin cycle

The washer agitates on the wash cycle but stops on spin, will not drain and leaks from the bottom. Is it the pump or is there something else I need to look for?

I found this: Leaking water from the bottom of the machine

this may help with the leaking issue.
