Loud speakers and charging battery don't work after battery replacemen

Hello,

I have said problem. The loud speakers don't work and I can't charge my phone after having replaced the battery with an iFixit battery for iPhone 5S.

What could be wrong?

My charging works fine but I no longer have ringer sound or video sound on YouTube and video streaming services. I have replaced the speaker. Could it be pry damage, since this only started after having replaced the battery? It was my first battery replacment and I did use a prytool on the motherboard side. I only see a bit of visble damage but only plastic is damaged and its very slight, I'm not even sure it is damage but it looks like it could be.

Options

Check if the chargningport connector has come loose... if it has just snap it back on and the speaker + charging will work again.
