Wifi works but GPS doesn't

So i've replaced my screen a plethora of times and have never come across this problem. The wifi works but the GPS is not. I've tried multiple apps, Google Maps and Waze to double check it wasn't the app. It keeps showing an approximate location.

You may have mixed up the screws. The iPhone 5 has a non-magnetized screw because of it's proximity to the GPS sensor/IC. If you put the wrong screw in that spot, you will have GPS issues. Check out Step 13 of this guide.
