Also-a network cable is not properly plug in or may be broken...which on wifi...there are no cables...so I'm stumped...been trying to fix this now for over a week,helppp?

delete device in device manager and click scan for hardware changes and let default driver install , if this does not work download driver from manufacturers website. If all else fails just install a edimax usb wifi adapter for 8 bucks at amazon.
