Can I reattach cable detached from keyboard?
My topcase's cable has detached from the track pad end, is there any way to reattach?

Yes if you are confident/competent with tools.
Look here, study the section about midway down the page captioned : "Those flat-cable connectors have a mechanism to be opened. The picture shows an opened connector."
