How do I deactivate airbag?

Hi @minie0 ,

I strongly recommend that rather than disabling an airbag which may save somebody's life someday (possibly yours), as your child is only 4 months old, that you should invest in a rearward facing baby capsule or possibly, with an eye to the future, a forward facing capsule, mounted on the middle of the rear seat, as this is the safest way for your child to be transported in a car.

According to both the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the best place for children and child car seats is the middle of the rear seat. In fact, the NHTSA recommends that all children under the age of 13 ride in the back — ideally in the centre.
