Sky Viper Stunt drone will not auto-hover

I just got a Sky Viper stunt drone, and when I use auto-take off, the drone goes up, but then fluctuates altitude. It will bounce of the ground, cruise a three feet for a few second, hit the ground, go to a foot, over and over with seemingly no rhyme or reason.

I have checked all the documents and forums I could find in hopes of solving this.

Possibly power issue?

It still has altitude adjustments but now only a few inches. So a charge is what was potentially needed.

has the problem been fixed? i have a similar problem where it keeps going in different directions and changing altitude .
