My Polaroid snap won’t respond

My Polaroid snap won’t turn off, take pictures, or switch the color filters. I tried replacing the SD card and charging it and nothing worked. Any ideas why?

I have the same problem. I took a picture than put down the capture lense that pops up it didn’t turn off... I’m super mad.
