Swap motherboard with 2010 model?

I got a MacBook pro 2009 mid C2D and last week motherboard has broken, can I place a newer motherboard on it without a problem and fully working ?

If the webcam or Bluetooth isn't compatible isn't problem neither.

Like a motherboard from Mid 2010 A1297 17" MacBook Pro 2.66 GHz i7 ?

I thought about doing this conversion to my 2009 17" when the motherboard began to show signs of failure once it became clear that I cannot get a new board for the system and many of the used boards are old and are at best, junk or dead at this point. 2009 17” boards are hard to find, but that’s typical with many of the parts used in the 17” systems regardless of the year as well.

It cannot be done without adding in the cost of a new display and WiFi hardware, since the WiFi and Bluetooth are separate modules on the 2010 and the webcam needs to be rewired (which requires a LVDS cable and a webcam or a display assembly). You’ll quickly exceed the cost of a good used 2010 system. This post clarifies the problem as well: How much work would it be to convert a 2009 to 2010?
