No action with the apple memory installed

I have just bought a crucial 32gb memory kit for my Mac and have been trying to install it with no avail. Then i go back to just the apple memory and still no action. Any suggestions?

Sounds like you didn't insert the models in correctly. There is a left and right side and you do need to fully seat them once you get the orientation correct.

As far as i know i have them inserted right. I finally got the apple ones to work but not the new ones and as far as i know it is compatible with this Mac
