phone stuck on "recovering..." screen. how do I fix this please help.

My phone got stuck on the recovering screen and whenever i try to power it off it restarts again and show the samsung screensaver as usual but the top left corner of the phone shows '"recovery is not seandroid enforcing", then goes back to recovering screen again. how do i stop this and get my phone to work again? please help:(
