Ge bottom freezer light is out, refrigerator wont dispense water or ic

I have a ge French door refrigerator with bottom freezer, all of the sudden water or ice wont dispense, and the freezer light wont come on when drawer is open. Tried to cycle power and holding the light and lock buttons. Anyone have an idea
