Waste ink pad full for brother j2730dw

Hi everybody, can anyone help me solve this problem, i encountered "ink absorber pad full" , i used to clear this error with other brother printer, but the j2730 is a new model, i can't clear this error with the same method for the older version, when i got into the purge counter, it show no number at all, i dont know how to reset the counter, can anybody help?
