touch screen vary difficult to use imposable the screen shouse no damage looks like new ?

Seeing as this is a very old product I can't find much on the internet, can you open settings and check for any updates?
Also as your english isn't that great I'm not able to completely understand your problem.
Can you please explain it in a bit more detail?
