Why isn't my gear fit 2 pro working?

My Samsung gear fit 2 pro started glitching about a week ago, but it used to start working normally after few seconds. But, NOW! it just started buzzing during the day (the same way it does when there's a call) and then it just glitched and turned off...i've tried charging it but it won't work :( please help T _ T

Pretty sure your smart watch was defective from the start. Just get a replacement .

Well...it was a gift and it was ordered online so I don't really have and receipt for it or something with which I may get an replacement.
