Battery already Replace, but still can not power on.

Hi,

I have Ipad2, and already dead for 1 year. i thought it was problem with the battery. so yesterday i try to replace the battery, when i opening the ipad, i broke Wifi antena and touchscreen flexible. now i ordered the sparepart.

then i continue to replace the battery, after finish replacement, i try to turn on without wifi antena and touchscreen. but the ipad still cannot turn on, then i try to plug the charger it also not charging.

my question is, is it possible to test power on with this condition?

any component that i have to check and how to check it.

Thanks

Start by measuring the voltage directly at the battery. If you read more than 3.5V, then the iPad should start the boot process. If the voltage is lower then it is possible that the charge circuit on the logic board is not working properly. For an iPad, it's important to use a 12W charging brick because the small one and a USB port can't deliver enough current to properly charge the battery.
