Why can't I turn off my Mac air notebook
I tried to restart my notebook. Now the spinning wheel keeps spinning on a black screen. I have tried the usual commands to exit and nothing happens. Help.

Try holding down the power button until it shuts down. you will lose unsaved work. this also may rarely result in data loss.
