Will not capture an image

I'm having some trouble with the image capturing, the video capture function still works. It is simple the image capture and zoom - i have removed the casing and taken a look nothing looks out of place or damaged.

This has occurred since the camera being dropped.

Any ideas?

@cgw just to clarify. You can take videos but you cannot take pictures?

Videos are just the camera taking pictures at high speed I’m pretty sure so that’s odd that video still works @oldturkey03

@captainsnowball agreed but we need to inquire to check what's going on. If it still takes videos we can rule out the image sensor...sometimes it is easier to determine what has not failed first.
