blu vivo 8 headphone jack broken, sound only left earbud, same d pairs

the problem tracked to the headphone jack, same for all earbuds but can be held in a working position sometimes but is temporary and annoying.

I have the same problem. I loved my Blu vivo 5 but my Blu vivo 8 is a huge let down with the audio jack not working. Such a pain to go through resetting the phone which I did several times and Blu just said to reset it again. Major pain to not have the use of head phones. I'll never buy Blu again.
