Possible Liquid spill damage

The touchpad’s clicking button no longer works…even when a usb external mouse is used clicking things in OSx doesn’t work…..it powers on though.

Your Unibody has what Apple calls LSI (Liquid Submersion Indicators) located throughout your Book. These will turn red when activated. If it were me I would take it completely down and look for where the water has been and the LSI activated. Here are the locations of those indicators: http://www.appleinsider.com/articles/08/...
