PC - Alcatel one touch idol 2

Hello,

when I contect my Alcatel one touch idol 2 to a PC (I have tried 4 different PCs, and a couple different USB cables) PC shows like DCIM folder is empty even it isn't.

How can I solve the problem and get access to my photos? TIA
