Transferring all pictures from SD card in camera to SD card in laptop

I can see all my pictures from yesterday when I review them when the SD card is in the camera, but when I place the SD card in the drive in the laptop some are missing. Please advise on how I can transfer all. Thank you. Don

Good afternoon Eddie and thank you for your reply. I am not sure that the problem I am experiencing is related to the built in memory. The reason is that I do have a few old pictures that I can review with the SD card out of the camera. These are not the pictures I am trying to retrieve. The pictures i have on the internal memory occurred when I did not have an SD card in the camera. If you have any other thoughts please advise.

Thanks

Don

My guess is you have some pics in your built in memory. This camera has a rare feature, 200MB of built in memory. Transfer the images from the built in memory to the SD card and voila. Let me know please how it works. If it doesn’t post a couple pics if possible to see what’s up. Click the link below to download a PDF of the user manual and take a gander at pages 23 and 24.

In response to your comment, have you tried transferring the pictures with the SD card in the camera using the USB cable connected to a computer? It does not solve the why, but it would accomplish what you are trying to do. See page 193 of the PDF manual linked above. Otherwise I need a couple snapshots of the back of the camera (you can blur your pics if you want) to see what is going actually going on.
