Galaxy S5 not working properly after water damage

I've found that my Galaxy S5 was exposed to the humidity. I consider that something is wrong with the motherboard so the sensors not work as they should. How can I resolve it?

By this you mean that the screen doesn't rotate or are there other issues you noticed? If you turned on screen lock (swipe down from the top of the screen to reveal menu) that may be it?
