Does not start. LED flashes slowly

Hi. I have a 20" intel core duo white plastic iMac. I push the power button, the fans start up, the white LED on the front slowly blinks (like it's sleeping). And then nothing. No chime, no screen display, nothing.

I have worked through the apple trouble shooting guides (resetting the SMC), checking the RAM. Nothing.

If the light is flashing every second, you have unseated or Out of Spec RAM.

Unplug the machine and all peripherals except the keyboard and mouse. Hold the power ON button for 10 seconds. Now plug it in and try to start. Next: Look on the bottom of your stand for the EMC number and Axxx number and let us have that info for a positive identification. Next: When you zapped the PRAM did you get tone? Try starting from your system installation disk by starting with the disk inserted and holding down the "C" key. My first thought is a bad power supply. Next: It's time to open her up and check the diagnostic LEDs, they're to the right of the RAM slots on the logic board Hit the start and tell us what they do: http://c0848462.cdn.cloudfiles.rackspace...

Use almost any of the guides listed to the right to get into the machine.
