Why is the voice speaker quiet?
The voice speaker is too quiet.
I changed the speaker, than the speaker hasn't improved.
What to do?

This may seem blatantly simple, but make sure the ringer and volume are up all the way. I'm pretty sure that the ringer controls the earspeaker.
