one of my friends use pdf

However, I stumbled upon unpleasant situation with the help of Acrobat Reader. Just only today, one of my general working .pdf documents hasn't opened as usually. I continuously made an effort to open it several times. I haven't any solutions for this.

What do you mean they do not open how they usually do? what does it usually do and what is it doing now?

are you trying to open a pdf from an e-mail, What is the error if any, do you double click on the PDF and it does nothing or what. Are all PDF documents doing the same thing. We await more information
