everything pluged in will not turn on

i have everythimg pluged in and i hit the power button and it will not turn on. can my power supply be shot if so what all do I need to change out

What symptoms do you get? Any sounds, any lights? How were your date and time and printer connections doing before it quit?

The first thing I would try is replacing the 3.6 volt 1/2 AA PRAM battery. Exactly which G4 PowerMac do you have?

Please don't accept my answer till your problem has been resolved.

If the battery fails, remove any added PCI cards, all USB and firewire externals, ethernet cable and all added RAM. We still need to know exactly which machine you have.
