How to remove dirt from under glass on display.
Please help New 27" with dirt under glass, how do you remove glass and what to clean with? Thanks

I could tell you how to do it with suction cups and non-ammonia cleaner like Sprayway put on a soft cloth, but I'm concerned that it came from the factory this way and is covered under warranty.

I'd return a product under warranty-no point voiding them when the problem is most likely from the factory...
