Won't ring, vibrate, power button doesnt work, no speaker phone.

My 3g power button does not work, the phone will not ring or vibrate, and the speaker phone does not work. The speaker jack works fine and is clean of debris. I did not get it wet, but it has been dropped several times. Where the speaker jack is located, I can see a small crack 1/4 inch going south from the top of the phone. There is a small dent on the bezel above the right speaker. Screen shows a few missing pixels at the top, however the screen works fine. All settings have been checked and rechecked.
