Lenovo K4 note : Battery issue

While charging, my battery goes very fast from about 90% to 100%.

So when I used my phone, it dropped very fast from 30% to 20%.

I replaced my battery with a new one, reflash stock rom or cook but the issue stills happen.

Anyone help me to fix this.
