iPhone 6 turns on but has no image after replacing battery.

Today we replaced the battery and home button in my Iphone 6 and it worked for a few hours until later the screen came up with white and green stripes and then faded to black. However the phone is still on as it still rings and charges and there is a very dim light.

There is no image on the screen at all, not even under a flashlight. Just illuminated black.

Anyone got any ideas?

Ive researched it and so far I think it could be an issue with the connectors perhaps?

Thanks

Try unplugging all the connectors again (lcd, digitizer, prox sensor and home button) and plug them back in and make sure they are plugged in correctly, also make sure the fpc connectors on the board are not damaged (it will be better with a microscope)

Try another screen and then try with the home button unplugged, I've had faulty screen cause these type of issues.

If the old screen works, try that one again.
